I’ve spent my whole career in the retail and service business, and since 2018 I’ve had the privilege to work at Broman Group — today as part of the Executive Team, leading HR as well as safety, data protection, ethical working group and several development projects.

My career path at Broman Group has been anything but linear — and that’s exactly what I love about it. I’ve worked in both B2B and B2C sales, led regional operations across Western Finland and the Helsinki region, and been part of exciting strategic projects like our store concept renewal, organisational design, and now leading our AI working group. I’ve also completed an AI Product Development Specialist Degree through an employee apprenticeship program — learning is truly part of who we are.

Here, people who are curious, hands-on, and ready to grow can go far. We believe that attitude and persistence matter more than titles — and that leadership means helping others succeed.

I’ve had the chance to coach and develop leadership programs, build our approach to work ability management, and see amazing people grow into new roles and challenges. Our teams are filled with talented, down-to-earth professionals in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, and Hong Kong — and I’m genuinely proud of our ability to renew ourselves while keeping our culture strong and human.
